Is there a free plan available?

It is a fully functional plan for solo operators — not a limited demo. Paid plans add lead management, booking forms, performer profiles, quoting, automation, and team member seats.
How much does LiveDesk cost?
LiveDesk has three plans. The Forever Free plan is $0 per month for one team member and covers core agency operations. The Standard plan is $89.95 per month and adds lead management, booking forms, performer application forms, business reports, daily tasks, and file storage. The Premium plan is $139.95 per month and supports up to five team members, adding quoting, performer website profiles, performer lists, marketing tools, scheduled messaging, sales flow automation, and the Kanban sales pipeline. Both paid plans include a 30-day free trial.
Is there a free trial before I commit to a paid plan?
Yes. Both the Standard and Premium plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. During your trial you have access to the full feature set of whichever plan you choose, so you can test LiveDesk with your actual agency workflows before committing. Can LiveDesk capture client enquiries from my website?
Yes. LiveDesk includes booking form and contact form tools that you can embed on your website with no code required. When a client submits an enquiry through your website form, it creates a lead record in LiveDesk automatically — capturing their contact details, event requirements, and enquiry date in one place. Your team can then follow up, build a quote, and track the lead through your pipeline from first contact to confirmed booking. Performer application forms are also available for signing up new talent directly from your website.
Can I manage performer profiles and bookings in LiveDesk?
Yes. LiveDesk stores a full profile for every performer on your roster — bio, act description, media, rates, and availability. When a booking is confirmed, you assign the right act from your roster, attach a complete event brief with venue details, arrival time, dress code, and running order, and send automated reminders to the performer in the lead-up to the event date. Every booking assignment is logged against both the client record and the performer's profile, giving your whole team a real-time view of who is booked where and when, and preventing double-bookings across your roster.
Does LiveDesk handle client quoting and invoicing?
Yes. LiveDesk includes a full quoting module and an invoicing system, both connected directly to your booking records. You can build professional, branded quotes from a saved line item library and your performer roster, send them to clients from the platform, and convert accepted quotes into confirmed bookings in a single action — with the performer, client, event date, and agreed fee carrying over automatically. Once a booking is confirmed, you raise the client invoice directly from the booking record and accept online payments via Stripe and PayPal.
Can LiveDesk send automated messages and reminders to performers and clients?
Yes. LiveDesk includes scheduled messaging and automation tools that handle routine communications without manual effort from your team. You can send automated booking reminders to performers and clients in the lead-up to events, schedule follow-up messages for outstanding leads, and build communication sequences that fire at defined intervals. All outbound messages are logged against the relevant contact or booking record, giving you a complete, timestamped communication trail across your agency.

LiveDesk tracks what each performer is owed against every booking they are assigned to.
